Usage Policy

Guidelines on how to use MambaPanel's services responsibly and within the law. This policy covers all tools and features available on the platform.

Acceptable Use

By using any MambaPanel service you agree to act responsibly and in good faith. The following are examples of acceptable use across all tools.

Permitted Uses

  • Verifying the identity of someone you are communicating with online to protect yourself from catfishing or fraud.
  • Checking whether your own images or personal data have been exposed or misused without your consent.
  • Personal safety research before meeting someone from an online platform or dating app.
  • Checking whether a social media account or seller is genuine before engaging with them financially.
  • Investigative journalism or research into matters of legitimate public interest, where permitted by local law.
  • Using AI tools such as Age Recognition, Face Comparison, or Computer Vision for personal or professional analysis on images you have the right to use.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using any service to harass, stalk, blackmail, extort, or threaten any individual.
  • Building profiles, databases, or surveillance tools using data returned by any MambaPanel service.
  • Using lookup or face search results to make decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, or any other purpose regulated under consumer protection laws such as the FCRA.
  • Searching for or uploading images of minors under 12 years of age in any face-related tool. This is a zero-tolerance violation.
  • Automating or scripting requests to any MambaPanel service without prior written permission.
  • Using the TikTok Scam Checker, Data Breach Search, or any lookup service to target, expose, or harm private individuals beyond legitimate personal safety research.

Service-Specific Guidelines

In addition to the general rules above, each category of service carries specific expectations.

Face Search

Face search results link only to publicly available images. You may not use these results to build a profile on an individual or share results in a way that could facilitate harm. Accuracy is not guaranteed — results must be independently verified before drawing any conclusions. MambaPanel accepts no liability for misidentification.

Lookup Services (Email, Phone, Name, Username, Data Breach)

These tools return publicly available or breach-exposed data. They are intended for personal safety verification only. You may not use lookup results to contact, target, or build records on individuals outside of your own legitimate personal or professional need.

TikTok Scam Checker

This tool is designed to help users assess whether a TikTok account may be fraudulent. It must not be used to falsely flag or accuse legitimate creators, or to gather intelligence on individuals for non-safety purposes.

AI Tools (Age Recognition, Location Recognition, Face Comparison, Computer Vision)

You must have the right to use any image you upload to these tools. Do not upload images of individuals without their consent unless you are verifying your own safety. Results produced by AI tools are estimates and should not be treated as definitive or used in any formal decision-making context.

Face Search Risk Checker

This tool is provided to help users assess the risk profile of a face search before proceeding. It must not be used to pre-screen individuals for surveillance, hiring, or any discriminatory purpose.

Policy Enforcement

Violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund. We use both automated detection and manual review to identify misuse across all services.

Child Safety — Three-Strike Protocol: A specific escalation process is in place for searches involving minors across any tool.

  • Strike 1: Account warning issued.
  • Strike 2: Final warning issued.
  • Strike 3: Permanent account termination.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment & Blackmail

Any use of MambaPanel — across any service — for harassment, blackmail, stalking, or threats will result in immediate account closure. We will cooperate with law enforcement where required.
