Does this service work worldwide?
Yes, our service works globally. We search faces and data across worldwide databases, public websites, and other sources regardless of where you are located.
Why are most services paid?
Server costs, API connection costs, and database storage are not free. It is not possible to offer everything for free. We maintain massive databases, run powerful search algorithms, and provide reliable infrastructure — all of which require significant ongoing investment.
Do you look at people's results?
No. We log your searches so you can access them from your account history, but we do not review or monitor individual search results. When you run a face search, our anti-abuse system checks whether the face appears to be under 12 years old. Beyond that automated check, your searches are completely private.
Your Privacy: All searches are only visible in your own account.
My face is in your database — can I remove it?
Yes. Visit mambapanel.com/removeface or use the removal tool in your dashboard. The process is free and takes about 30 seconds. Once approved, your face will no longer appear in search results for any user.
How accurate are the face search results?
Our Standard Search is 95% accurate — highly reliable for most searches. All results include confidence scores so you can judge the reliability of each match.

What face search options do you offer?
We offer 2 face search engines — our Standard Search & Slavic Engine — 1 credit per search.
What is the Standard Search?
Standard Search is our main face search engine, accessing 2 billion faces at 95% accuracy. It provides:
  • Confidence scores for each match
  • Works with photos from different angles and time periods
  • Shows exactly where photos appear online with direct links
  • Results typically in 20–90 seconds
What sources does your face database cover?
Our databases include faces sourced from:

What types of photos work best?
For best results, use:
  • Clear, well-lit photos
  • Front-facing angles
  • Recent pictures
  • Minimal face obstruction
Our system can still process side profiles and partially obscured faces but will return lower confidence scores.
What file formats are supported?
We support all major image formats: JPEG/JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC (iPhone photos). Maximum file size is 10MB per image.
Can I search multiple faces at once?
Currently we support one face search at a time. For group photos, crop individual faces and run separate searches.
What lookup services do you offer?
We offer six lookup services, all accessible from your dashboard sidebar:

What is the Data Breach Search?
The Data Breach Search lets you check whether any piece of data has been exposed in known data breaches. It searches across a large database of breach records.
What does the TikTok Scam Checker do?
The TikTok Scam Checker analyses a TikTok account and assesses whether it shows signs commonly associated with fraudulent accounts — such as suspicious patterns or impersonation. It is intended to help you verify whether an account is genuine before engaging with it financially or personally.
Where does lookup data come from?
All lookup data is sourced from publicly available information across the internet.

What AI tools do you offer?
We offer five AI tools:
  • Age Recognition: Analyses facial features to estimate a person's approximate age
  • Location Recognition: Identifies landmarks, locations, and geographic context within a photo
  • Face Comparison: Compares two photos directly to determine whether they show the same person
  • Computer Vision: Advanced image analysis and feature detection for general visual understanding
  • Face Search Risk Checker: Assesses the risk profile of a face search before you proceed
All AI tools are completely free with any subscription plan.
What is the Age Recognition tool?
Age Recognition analyses the facial features in an uploaded photo to estimate the subject's approximate age. Results are estimates only and should not be treated as a definitive or accurate measurement of someone's age.
Note: Do not upload images of minors under 12 years of age to any tool on MambaPanel.
What is the Location Recognition tool?
Location Recognition analyses the content of a photo — such as landmarks, architecture, signage, and environmental features — to identify or suggest where the photo may have been taken. Results are best-effort estimates and may not always be precise.
What is the Face Comparison tool?
Face Comparison takes two uploaded photos and compares them to determine whether they show the same person, returning a match confidence score.
What is the Computer Vision tool?
Computer Vision is a general-purpose image analysis tool. It can detect and describe objects, people, scenes, and visual features within an image — useful for understanding what is in a photo beyond face-specific analysis.
What is the Face Search Risk Checker?
The Face Search Risk Checker lets you submit details about a face search you are planning and receive a risk assessment before proceeding. It helps you understand the implications of a search. It is not intended for screening individuals for any discriminatory purpose.
Are your AI tools like ChatGPT?
No. Our AI tools are not text-based language models. They are specialised AI models running on dedicated backend servers, trained on data specific to each task.
Important: We do not use general-purpose language models for accuracy-critical tools. Each tool uses a purpose-built model to ensure reliable results.
How private are my searches?
All searches are completely private. We do not share your search history or uploaded photos with other users or third parties. Your searches are only accessible from your own account.
What data do you log and store?
We cover this in full in our Data Handling policy. In summary:
  • Lookup service queries are logged for your convenience so you can review them later
  • Face search uploads are stored so you can access results, and deleted when you delete the search
  • AI tool queries are logged, but uploaded images and results are never stored
  • Support tickets are retained until you delete your account

How long do you keep search data?
Search results are stored for up to 1 year unless you manually delete them. You can delete any search at any time from your dashboard — deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Can I delete my search history?
Yes. You can delete individual searches or your entire search history at any time from your dashboard. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Are there subscriptions or recurring charges?
No. All purchases are one-time payments. When you buy a plan you are purchasing a one-time plan licence, not a recurring subscription.
No automatic renewals. No surprise charges. Buy credits when you need them.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until you use them.

We don't have a dedicated mobile app, but our website is fully mobile-responsive and works well on smartphones and tablets. You can upload photos directly from your device camera or gallery.
