Our Right to Restrict or Terminate Accounts

We reserve the right to ban, delete, or limit any user's account at any time where there is a valid reason to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, suspected or confirmed fraud, abuse of the platform, or any violation of these terms.

Service Changes & Removals

We reserve the right to remove or discontinue any service or feature we offer at any time. For example, we may retire an AI tool due to low usage or large-scale abuse. We do not issue refunds for the removal of a service, regardless of whether a user paid for access to it. By using MambaPanel, you accept that the availability of individual features is not guaranteed.

Fraud & Payments

Fraud & Payment Abuse

Any attempt at fraud will result in an immediate and permanent account ban. This includes, but is not limited to, repeatedly generating cryptocurrency payment addresses with no intent to pay. If our payment partner Stripe flags your account with a fraud block, we will proactively close your account. Depending on the nature of the activity, we may also report your details to your local law enforcement.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback through your bank or card provider will result in immediate account closure. If you have a genuine billing issue, please contact us directly before pursuing a chargeback.

No Tolerance for Payment Fraud

Fraudulent payment activity is taken seriously. Offending accounts are closed immediately and may be referred to law enforcement.
